Each Question Mark test is held in a separate file consisting of from 1 to 500 questions. Each question can be of a different type.
The question file contains the questions, the definitions of optional introductory and final windows, and some general control information (for example, whether there is a time limit for the test).
To create a new test launch the Question Mark main software and once the about Question Mark window has been dismissed an untitled test window is displayed, without any questions. (Note also that a new question file can also be created using New from the File menu).
This new test can be saved by choosing Save from the File menu, at which point you will be asked to give your test a file name.
The file name appears on the hard disk. A separate title can also be defined (in the Introduction dialog box) which the student sees on the title bar of the window when answering the test.
